CDMA operators not launching offers

In mumbai 3 New GSM operators launched Idea, Reliance GSM, Aircel. They launched attractive offers such as night calling free, low local and STD rates. Aircel launched Low ISD rates also.

Where as CDMA Operators didn't launched any offers from last 6 months. No SMS offer , no night calling offer.

CDMA operators know that CDMA customer can't use other operator service like GSM operators. If they want to use they need to change mobile. So they are not launching new offers.
