Painkiller: Resurrection Game Announced for PC

If the Painkiller frankness did not give any more a news from the exit of Overdose in January of last year, JoWooD decided for the Resurrection. The editor indeed has just announced the nearest arrival of Painkiller: Resurrection, exclusively on PC.

For this new opus, it is the studio Homegrown Games which is with the orders whereas a new graphic engine is with the program. Concerning the scenario, it is question of giving us the role of William “Wild Bill” Sherman, old of the CIA specialized in the mission most dangerous. Only problem for the poor devil: at the time of its last mission it found death by killing a baron of drug. Blow, here it is wedged in a strange world, trapped between the Paradise and the Hell to fight against stranger creatures ones than the others.

It does not have the very successful air visually. A new engine ok, but if it is used in ultra low-poly and savings in shaders like the precedent, that are not used for nothing.
