Not able to access account usage option in Dataone
Recently i got bsnl broadband connxn.everything is good but i cant access to account usage option in dataone website.no matter how many times i clicked on "view usage" option its not opening. I called to customer services,but no response. Can some one help me ?

Get your Portal Id From The Bsnl Office By Showing Ur Duplicate Bill. and then your Data Usage By Logging through that Portal.

Broadband usage can be checked as follow
1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin. jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try Check Broadband Usage
2) Enter you dataone username and password.
3) Click on "Service Records" link.
4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
5) Click 'OK'
6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.
