DTH problems in heavy rain

Is there any problem occurs in DTH in rainy season ? One of my friend using Dish TV he told me in rainy season there is lots of problem I just want to no only with Dish Tv or other DTH user (like TATASKY , Airtel and SUN ) also giving problems ?

In case of extremely heavy rains and when the sun comes in the line of the satellite and earth. This phenomenon is called RAIN OUTAGE / SUN OUTAGE and occurs in DTH platforms across the world. This is typically for one or two minutes in a year which is automatically detected and gets corrected by itself.

As there are no problems with tatasky and as all tatasky customers are a happy lot, a little bit silly postings will only lighten the mood. Or, is it because, dishtv subscribers are used to rain blackouts, and know the technical reasons for it

Some time , because of heavy rain ,picture will come in pixels but most of the time it will not effect to the picture quality.we can not ignore the services and features of dish network.
