Re: Add "Delete Folder Contents" To Windows 7 Right Click
The process to add "Delete Folder Contents" To Windows 7 Right Click Menu is same as Vista but if it is not working there is an another way to do the same and this tip will definitely work in Windows 7.
Here is what you have to do:-
Open a new file in Windows 7 Notepad editor and paste the code of this registry and then save the file with a .reg extension, and then double-click the saved file to enter the information into the Windows 7.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\Delete Folder Contents]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\Delete Folder Contents\command]
@=”cmd /c \”cd /d %1 && del /s /q *.*”
Once you’ve completed these steps, the new item will be available on the context menu and no need to reboot.
Enjoy...
Re: Add "Delete Folder Contents" To Windows 7 Right Click
You can try this as well:-
Download, extract, and double-click on Empty-folder-contents.reg to merge the registry values into the Windows registry and thus you can add the option Delete Folder Contents to the right-click context menu in Windows 7 or in Vista.
You are done.
