Follow this steps to restrict users on Mapped Network Drive in Windows 7:-
1. Open Windows Explorer by double clicking on the Computer icon on the Desktop and right click on the mapped network drive and select Properties.
2. In the Mapped Network Drive Properties window select the Security tab and click on Edit button.
3. In the Mapped Network Drive Properties window click on the name of the user or group to remove and click on remove button.

If you are not much familiar with windows 7, than let me make you know,,
- To add user,, click Add button after Security > Edit.
- In the Select Users or Group dialog box type the name of the user or group
- Here you can check whether the name of the user or group exits or not by clicking the Check Names button
- Click OK button
- Click Apply and then OK button
You can now see the name of the added user or group

Re: Restrict some users to access Mapped Network Drive in Windows 7
Actually - depending on your level of familiarity with Win7 and Active Directory the best way to do this (especially for a large group of users) is to create a Security Group in AD, and then add the users to that. Then allow that security group full control over the folder and no one else. This assumes that everyone is in a group (domain users for example) and these "special" people will be in both groups.
This way you can simply add or remove people from that security group and that will allow them access to that folder. This is especially good if you want to allow some people (like your Boss or the Board) access to everything. Put them in an admin group and allow them full control of everything - without having to go through and name them.
