Access multiple email accounts from one Gmail account

Hi all.. I saw a person somewhere accessing many email account like yahoo, hotmail, etc.. within one single Gmail account..

That was really nice to see rather than logging into multiple accounts.

Can you make me know how to do that ?

Thats correct.. Gmail, gives you the option to integrate multiple account into a single Gmail account. You can integrate the emails abc@yahoo.com and abc@hotmail.com to abc@gmail.com and operate all the three accounts from your single gmail account.

The step involves 6-7 steps and once you have successfully merged you account and verified it, you’ll be able to send emails to to your friends or clients right from Gmail account.

Now lets start the process to do so:-

1. Log-in to Gmail account,

2. On the top right corner, click on ‘Settings‘,

3. Under the Settings, click on ‘Accounts’ tab’,

4. You will see an option ‘Send me as:‘,

5. Under this option, click on Add another email address you own,

6. Now a small new window will pop-up asking you to enter the details of your new email address.

7. Provide any valid email address. (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc),The email address need not belong to gmail only. You can enter your yahoo, hotmail or any other valid email address.

8. A verification email will be sent to the email address that you have just entered. Thats it...

Once the process is complete, Gmail will handle all your integrated accounts. You’ll be able to send and receive emails. If you’d like to write a mail, you’ll be given the option to choose which account you want to use for sending mail.

Now when you compose a new email, you’ll see an option to select from multiple address to send the mail.

Also you’ll receive the incoming mails for multiple addresses to a single mailbox. I hope this will benefit you.
