Firefox - Restore Default Settings
Hi,
Firefox seems to have in any setting changed so that now a website no longer works properly, which previously has worked smoothly. But what is strange: I am not aware that what I had changed. With Internet Explorer go yet, so I agree with any firewall settings try. Can I change the default settings of Firefox somehow restore?
Re: Firefox - Restore Default Settings
Hi,
With "about: config" you will come to the configuration settings of the fire bird ran.
Here you can change the default settings in the values used as "From user" is marked, restore in you the value of the mark and in the context menu (right mouse button) on "Reset" to go. The only question Is what value you need to reset again.
Otherwise verifiable times but the settings for Java Javascript.
Perhaps you could also accurately describe what is not working anymore.
Re: Firefox - Restore Default Settings
Hi,
Perhaps it is not even in Firefox, but the page was edited and IE for the 'best', for example, any only for IE understand the tags and script parts fitted.
Microsoft does so, as far as I know, not so strictly to the HTML standard, but already defined its own extensions. This can be from other browsers is not interpreted.
Re: Firefox - Restore Default Settings
First of all thank you for the answers.
At the other computer is using Firefox. So I can exclude that the page for IE has been optimized.
The settings for Java and Javascript are not changed. On the other computers go with the same settings in this. What follows is not working. I go to a website and would like to listen to Web radio. So I click on the link. This will open normally a kind of pop-up and I can then choose whether I want to mp3 or wma. This pop-up does not come anymore. The pop-ups but I have definitely not being blocked.
How exactly do I get to the settings of Firefox? With "about: config" I can relatively little.
