Customized bar at the bottom of the screen using Pinnacle Studio

I want to create a kind of bar at the bottom of the screen, which reads various information (eg. name of the person who interviewed). I know something fancy graphics, just as there are many new programs.

How can I make something like this in Pinnacle Studio 12?

I know of nothing to Pinnacle but in the other programs I've used I have created an image without text also obtained video editing program to clear text.

Will believe it is the same here?

It is certainly easy as in both Avid and Final Cut Pro. You may sample "add text function", but I do not know the Pinnacle as well.
