Registry Editor in Control Panel

To add the Registry Editor to Control Panel, we will use a file register. For this, we must create the following file with Notepad (or your favorite editor):

Save your file as winConf.reg (or another name of your choice) and then merge it to the registry by double clicking on it. Confirmed by validating the merger.
