Overclock a Quad 9450

Hello,
I has a CPU QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450, 2666 MHz (8 x 333). I want to overclock my Q9450 processor at about 3 MHz or slightly more. I am Novice in the matter and just ask for your informed advice!

My equipment:
Motherboard Asus Striker II Extreme (2 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 3 PCI-E x16, Audio, Dual Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394).
Graphics Card 9800GX2.
Memory 4 strips 1 G0; Specificity 1 GB DDR3-1066 DDR3 SDRAM (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-18 @ 457 MHz).
Power supply 650 Watts.
A heatsink Zalman CNPS9700 NT.

3000 MHZ is better, up the fsb a little small. you will be able to take a 3200 (fsb400) at ease without affecting the vCore. I just installed a Q9550 I have a direct mid 3.4 (8.5x400).

Block port pci-e:

SB: 101
SPP: 200.5

Nforce chipset is usually unlinked in Auto, so no need to change anything! It's not like on an Intel chip or it will follow the fsb of Processor! However, if you encounter a problem ,you will have to manually change the frequency and timing! For that timing does not alter the 5 first line should be 7-7-7-20-2t and a 1066MHz memory!

Remove the value of self and put on the value of voltage basis:
VCore voltage: 1.2 v
CPU PLL: 1.5 v
CPU VTT: 1.2 V
Mem: according to manufacturer specification
NB: 1,3 v
SB: 1.5 v

The rest you just stay in Auto
