Reliance Broadband Downloading issue

Hello friends

I am Reliance broadband user i am using reliance connection form last 2 month. I am in 300 kbps plan in that 1 st 2 days i received very good speed at the time of download around 40 kbps download speed. but after that when try to download it give me less then 10 kbps speed some time it's 15 kbps speed. I don't know whats the problem. I complaint in reliance but as usual no quick response.


Can anyone know solution for this ?

I think you downloaded huge data thats why restricted your downloading .:ohyeah:

There is lots of problem with reliance broadband. last time i also face this problem that time signal problem. but i can't understand if the signal problem they how i can surf smoothly but problem occurs at the time of download.
