I've been using for some time a ext hard drive for data security. over time is to me more and more lost the overview, which I have data on the ext hard disk yesterday.
I am looking for a software (freeware would be nice), with which I can synchronize data from my laptop to the prescribed safe hard disk.
There is such a program?

I recommend always the same three for the following reasons:
myEasySync - can be perfectly used in a batch, since all data parameters can be passed (and must)
