E7300 temperature
I recently own a Core 2 Duo E7300 coupled with a P5E-VM HDMI.
The Bios and Everest to me at the first lighting of the day, a temp of 45°C in idle (as soon as I turn 45°C?), While the motherboard it is 23°C and increases the son of minute to stabilize a proper temp 29 - 30°C
The CPU temp does not drop below 45°C but increases normally when I start a burn OCCT
Where can this come. I am sure that the CPU temp is wrong because:
1. written in 45 minutes
2. motherboard, hdd, gpu below 35 - 30°C
3. I have a Q6600 core 2 quad on another config and temp and 30 - 33°C
If anyone can tell me a little more

Re: E7300 temperature
If you have fans, then Intel is normal. If not check that you did put the thermal paste (not too much) and that the fan is properly set.
The processor temperature rises rapidly, it is normal since it is more or less used at startup.

Re: E7300 temperature
I will unfortunately not provide a solution, but it is just to clarify that I have a E7400 equipped fan of origin.
At rest it rotates at 35°C for the Core #0 and 42°C Core #1.
Note that for measuring temperatures using HWMonitor.

@ revolucioncg
I will review the assembly, may be I will take the GeminII S. But I find it weird.
@ Jacob.d
But for me it is not at rest, is from 1 ignition, 45°C!

Re: E7300 temperature
A small question: how you have your temperature for Core 2 Duo E7300?
Personal, HWMonitor shows me 2: Core #0 and Core #1
What seems logical for a double heart.
At startup:
Core #0 = 35°
Core #1 = 42°
