United Bank of India, a leading (Nationalized) Public Sector Bank of India is going to recruit more than 2000 probationary officers, Specialist officers and Clerks. United Bank of India, is government-owned and one of India’s major commercial banks. Presently the bank has a three-tier organizational setup consisting of its Head office in Kolkata, 28 Regional offices and 1443 branches spread all over India. However, its major presence is in eastern India. Please don’t confuse with Union Bank of India, which is another nationalized bank of India. These vacancies are only in United Bank of India.

Eligibility/Qualification

Qualification : Degree from a recognised University with ACS from the Institute of Company Secretary of India. LLB./LLM is desirable
Post qualification Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in related field.

Qualification : Master Degree in Economics / Econometrics from a University / Institution recognized by UGC
Post qualification Experience : Min 4 years experience in Bank/ FIs /PSU in related field.

Post Code/ Name of Post : 04 - Statistician
Qualification : Post Graduation in statistics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / Institution (not correspondence course) by UGC
Post qualification Experience : Minimum 4 years as Officer in any scheduled Commercial Bank/Financial Institution. Should possess sound knowledge of Credit Risk models and Statistical techniques.

Qualification : 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in Graduation and CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
Post qualification Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in any Scheduled Commercial Bank / Financial Institution. Should possess sound knowledge of trading equities, Govt. Securities, Corporate Bonds etc.

Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / CFA
Post qualification Experience : Preference will be given to candidates having 1 year experience in Accountancy Tax Matter, USGAAP & Bank Audit or Industrial / Consultancy / Banking / Financing Organization/ Accounting Standards of ICAI.
