No temperature indicator in BIOS
hey friends,
I have a problem here. I normally use to check my processor temperature so that I can prevent the CPU fan and heatsink from overheating. But for some reasons, the temperature is not indicated in the BIOS.
How can I solve this ? ......
any suggestions ............ plz forward
thnx
Re: No temperature indicator in BIOS
You may have " thermal - paste ". Look, thermal-paste is certainly not recommended.
It does not allow the heatsink plate to fully come into contact with the processor roof. In most cases you will find the processor to just run at a slightly higher operating temperature, slightly reducing your processors lifespan.
Re: No temperature indicator in BIOS
Well, you may definitely want to check those temperatures because it could be dangerous.
There are some downloadable tools available for this like - CoreTemp and RealTemp
However, I will recommend you for using CPUID hardware monitor
