comparison between Office 2007 ultimate,Office 2007 Enterprise

I am about to buy a new Office Suite very soon. But am confused between two editions. It is Office 2007 ultimate and Office 2007 Enterprise. Can anyone please tell what exactly is the difference in both these editions? I mean what is extra in any of these suites compared to other?
