Hi,
what type of ip does airtel provide ?. i could not find out if airtel provides static ip. Is there any 512 kbps, Unlimited download broadband plan from airtel which includes static IP? I am looking for such plan with static IP.
please help
P.S. i go on private trackers and would like a static ip.

Why would you need a static ip for private trackers ? If you think that you require a static ip to connect on private trackers and that you require a static ip to forward ports. you are wrong, it's possible even with dynamic ip's and fairly simple at that.
Airtel do have a 512 Kbps U/L plan for 1450 Rupees..and regarding Static Ip u need to talk to customer care whether or not u need to pay anything extra for that. as far as i know Airtel provides static IPs to business customers only, home customers have to make do with dynamic IPs only.
Airtel provides both static and dynamic IP's. U get dynamic IP by default whereas a static IP will have to be demanded for :)
