I would like to create a 2nd account since itune on my is currently loaded for my ipod now my brother have another iphone which require itune now every time the problem is about itune save files every time. so please can any bode help me to manage multiple account ?

via another user on your computer .you can manage its all affairs irrespective of space .

No need to go through another user.You click on the ID at the top right of the iTunes window and then you validate the button "create new account".
If you dont have disconnects, you log in to your account and then repeat the operation.
