Could do with some help with Photoshop. Since there are several years since I last used it, it mostly disappeared out of my memory.

My question is how to make the white color as is there in the picture? Can it be done in Photoshop, if yes how? I think that a picture can be really impressive just by using the color adjustments.
Would be very happy if I could get some advice on this.
Without being clever at it, I would think that this is a HDR image. You can search a bit in this section (customize desktop) and find lots of threads on it ;)
It looks more like pics mixed together. That alone can provide an interesting 'look'. But you can adjust the colors in many ways and with many different results. Do not understand exactly what you think, so I've just made an example.

yes thinking something of the style, but has also found out a lot. Have sat and read more articles.
