Cannot see contacts display pictures in windows live messenger

Hi all,
I use windows live messenger. I am unable to see contacts display pictures. I can't figure it out. Can someone help?

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Try this:

• Close Windows Live Messenger completely (exit from the tray icon)
• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on Tools
• Go to Internet Options
• Delete all temporary files (cookies and files)
• Restart you system and login again.

Your firewall may be causing this problem. Verify that Messenger is enabled through the firewall. If you disabled the firewall in the past, it still may be blocking Messenger, try to restart the firewall. Also try removing the firewall program that is installed to verify that it is not causing a problem even if it is disabled.

There is an option in the messenger, where you can disable other people's display picture in the main window. Go to Tools => Options => General and make sure the box "Show Display Pictures From Others" is checked.:thumbup1:
