Right click on Start then properties
control box (the first) Start menu is checked and click on customize
Select the desired options or click Use Defaults
click ok then then apply ok
just a question: Why is the first case? I'm under XP Pro and I do not know about Vista. If you want the "classic start" (which is always my case because I do not like the proposed design with the 1st case)
