Transfer data from one unit to another unit

Hi all,
I need to make a disk image on a central unit rather old (4-5 years) equipped with win xp to a new CPU that would be purchased without OS. Here are my questions:

- If I make a disc image of the current computer and I install a new OS, will it also transfer the license of windows?

- What software is most efficient to make such transfers by creating a total image of the computer?

- The new CPU will not have OS, so how I could transfer the image above as well as the software that will create the image will not be installed?

You can not move a Windows PC to another one unless the config is of the same material. If the PC is different you must reinstall Windows.

Make RowSource of second ListBox based on the table as the first ListBox and change ColumnCount, ColumnWidths to show desired data. If you make RowSource of the second ListBox based on the table as the first ListBox, it actually shows the whole records as the first ListBox (this is not what i desired to have). I suppose what i was aiming at was to show in the second ListBox a list of items that's been selected from the first ListBox.
