Sennheiser PC 350 sound problems

I purchased a headset Sennheiser PC 350 and I have some bass distortion (crack), it is strongest when I draw such bursts of bullets with some weapon, or then L4D mass zombie when I get nervous and I hit the butt, some explosion also ...

So I would like to know if the problem was experienced or not because I intend to go back to retrieve the helmet the same course if it remains an isolated case, because at that price, have some distortion, I do not think it is normal!

It seems to be a defective model, so no luck on it.

I feel like this could be due to a lack of bass. But I'm not sure.

I must say that my HD595 has more bass than the PC350. The HD595 is excellent in my opinion, while the PC350 is "only" very good.
