Windows Vista Error Recovery
Can anyone help?
I get a windows error recovery screen and nothing else. It goes black and then loops over and over again. Gateway wanted me to do a full recovery from the BIOS Menu but that didn't work. At this point I don't even care about lost files.... I just want the computer back up and running. Is this something that can be restored? My computer is only about 13 months old.
Thanks

This seems to be serious problem. Please share the exact error message. If there are any external devices connected to the system please remove and then try to boot the system again.

Set BIOS to Boot from CDROM
1. Turn on or restart the computer.
2. While the display is blank, press the F10 key to enter the BIOS settings
menu.
3. Use the right and left arrow keys to select the Advanced tab.
4. Use the up and down arrow keys to select Boot Order.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to change the boot order
