This camcorder has a number of great fuctions and is very easy to use. functions include hands-free, digital recording and it is also waterproof up to 3 meters and shock-resistant for extreme conditions.
It is a tough device which is shock resistant and waterproof up to 3 meters or 10 feet in depth. There is a built in microphone and it takes SD memory cards. It is powered by AA batteries and with the batteries in it is still very lightweight. The footage quality is not great but it is cheap and easy to use. There is a special offer on Amazon for this right now so you can get the camera and a 2GB SD memory card for well under $100

I bought this for off-road motorcycle riding. For a camcorder costing under $100, it works just fine. The controls are too small to see really well through the "window" on it, but once to get a feel for how to set it, it's simple controls are easy...

I purchased this camcorder without having the expectation of having professional grade videos. I have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and better than expected video quality.
