Multiple Network with single LAN card
Hey guys!
I have a query, hope someone will reply soon... Here is my doubt...! I have a broadband connection that comes through a common switch. I and my friend have connected our computer as it falls in the same Network... Our ISP offers some special paid service like dedicated game server. To access those server we need to change the IP Address. When done we have to change the IP Address so that we are vissible to each other... Is there a way to Access Both the network automatically? Or any software which automatically switches the IP Address when required?
Help guys!
Re: Multiple Network with single LAN card
Hey...!
Yeah that is possible but not with any third party software... You will have to manually assign IP Address to the LAN card so that it will use which and when required...! Just add both the IP Adresses and forget it...! All the best...!

Re: Multiple Network with single LAN card
Hey...!
It is quite easy...! Just follow the instructions :
- Right-Click on My Network Places
- Click on Properties
- Right-Click on Local Area Connection
- Click on Properties
- Click on the Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]
- Click on Properties
- Now one address will already be added, so to add other address click on Advance button
- Add IP, subnet and below there will be a section to add a gateway too...
- You're Done...!
All the best...!
