overclocking is failed and the system is restored to the defaults setting.
I got my new computer up again and then even updated my BIOS, but since I always get when you start the following message:

Re: overclocking is failed and the system is restored to the defaults setting.
Before Bios update always download the bios defaults and save (F10?)
yes that would make not change when the update was already done.
but:

and the system is restored to the defaults setting.
So go into the bios, load defaults, nothing else move, save, reboot.
Re: overclocking is failed and the system is restored to the defaults setting.
yes thank you. Have I done and it seems to go well.
Can I do the settings not perhaps a little tune, without damaging the components? Is it feasible or determined?
Re: overclocking is failed and the system is restored to the defaults setting.
yes, you can clear up right now or even over clock, etc.
However, you should employ in order to rest and watch what details you on the web and find multiple threads. A recruitment assistance only for you, over your whole bios you will get from any user.
I do not even know your boards. But socket 939 overclocking, or so, because you can find instructions on the Web
