Genius Pensketch 9x12 with Photoshop CS and Vista
I'm on Vista. I have a tablet Genius Pensketch 9x12. When I tried to install the driver for the work I get this error message:
"Setupext.inf file was not found, check whether the CD has been inserted properly or if it is damaged"
It was inserted correctly and not damaged. I then downloaded a driver on the internet, I installed, and works very well. Only, I had the tablet with two CDs containing
- Driver
- many programs (in trial)
and another:
- Photoshop element.
among the software CD first two do not work:
The first pensketch I see the same error message that the driver:
"Setupext.inf file was not found, check whether the CD has been inserted properly or if it is damaged"
Is there a way to solve this problem? Otherwise I also installed the trial version of photoshop CS. But when I run it, the following message appears:
"Could not start the program because the volume Windows is using for Virtual memory does not have enough free space"
Someone know or has a solution (or both) of these problems?

May be your hard drive is full. So delete any unnecessary files such as videos and see if it helps in anyway.
Re: Genius Pensketch 9x12 with Photoshop CS and Vista
But I have 300 GB free on my hard drive
Re: Genius Pensketch 9x12 with Photoshop CS and Vista
So he will probably ask vista to increase the size of the file used as extra ram. Oh, and you can also try to close a max of programs.
How much ram you are having?

How do I do this bit?
My computer has 2GB of ram
Re: Genius Pensketch 9x12 with Photoshop CS and Vista
And when you try to install this thing, how much of free ram?

Simply rename setupext.w2k which is located in the DRIVER CD in setupext.inf.
To do this, copy the CD to the hard disk.
