Dell Inspiron 630m will not boot
I have a 3 year old Dell Inspiron 630m laptop with a Centrino processor, which here ran perfect. But suddenly it will not boot. When I activate the "ON" button the LED lights for Num Lock, Caps Lock and SCROLL Lock and symbol for Bluetooth. Then go NUM LOCK and SCROLL LOCK off, CAPS LOCK blinks and Bluetooth icon lights up after approx. 8 seconds going in and out. The screen is constantly black.
I have talked to a support person at Dell who said that there were errors on the internal power supply, and since it is part of the motherboard it would be the entire motherboard switches. I did but the problem is still there. What can I do?
Could be processor or is it error on RAM cards??

Must just understand you right, you must pay for a rep. at Dell, without your PC working :ohyeah:
Re: Dell Inspiron 630m will not boot
The price is only for the motherboard, I have even replaced it, it has not changed the problem - if Dell were to change the price another.
Re: Dell Inspiron 630m will not boot
The flaw is located. One ram block was kaput, so removed it away. You are welcome to laugh at me to start with the motherboard, but then I was so clever
