Windows Shut Down Problem
I Own a Dell Vostro 220s running windows vista home basic and recently, i have been experiencing a problem: when i press shut down, everything looks fine until a blue screen pops up and says physical memory dump. After the blue screen, my computer just restarts with a message saying that windows has encountered an unexpected shut down...
Can Any One Help Me..........???
Re: Windows Shut Down Problem
Try doing a check disk on your hard drive.
Click Start
Type in cmd in the Start Search text box and hit enter.
In the command prompt window type in chkdsk /F /R
If it tells you to reboot, do so.
