Error 80048823 in windows live messenger

Hi everyone,
My windows live messenger is showing me 80048823 error. I cannot login to my account. Can anyone have fix for this error?

Verify your sign-in credentials on the Windows Live ID website. Go to account.live.com. Click Sign in with a different account. try to sign in with your messenger ID and password.
Check the date of your computer. The date on your computer needs to be set properly. Double click the clock verify that the time and date are set.

If you use a firewall (like ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security etc.), it is possible that Messenger doesn't have the correct rights to access the Internet. Try restarting your firewall.
Clear your Internet Explorer cache and cookies. Open IE => Click Tools =>Click on Internet Options =>then Click click on the Delete Files and Delete Cookies.

Try re-registering following DLL files. Click on Start Button and Run following by pressing Enter after each one:

Also check your IE Security settings. Verify that "Check for server certificate revocation" is unchecked in Internet Option. Also verify that 'Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL 3.0' is checked.
