Convert a video file VOB to WMV

Hi!

I have a video file. Vob that I can read it with VLC.

Is there a program that can convert it to .Wma? and if so where to find it?

I doubt any software will do that. You have to convert them one by one into something compatible. Then you can import it into compatible editing software.
