Clone 3 monitors
I have 2 ATI HD3870 512 MB, and 3 monitors: 2 x Acer 24" & 1 x TV Samsung 40". The 3 monitors are plug in dvi distributed on 2 video cards, but I can not clone the 3 screens in Catalyst I can clone more than 2 screen.
Anyone know a way to reach clone 3 monitors?
I'm on Windows XP PRO SP3

Re: Clone 3 monitors
In separate displays or extended, you have the right to all the screens?
change drivers.
you can also use my ultra clone mode but not the cpu hardware may not work badly.
or a DVI splitter.
Please note that you can not use the same 24 inches as 40 inches of the optimum manner, since they have probably not the same resolution, it will change each time you change the place/room.

Re: Clone 3 monitors
Yes I have access to all screens in the other mode.
What drivers do you advise me?

Re: Clone 3 monitors
I do not know anything, I'm full nvidia yet.
Begin with an uninstall with driver cleaner and then choose a driver version one or two above or below your current version.
and during all operations, custody of the 3 screens connected and switched on the right channel.
otherwise, a question to hand, I suspect that not everything is on the same desktop, which you use as long cables?

Re: Clone 3 monitors
For TV, its a HDMI to DVI cable 6 feet, my 24'' on my desk is the original DVI cable, and another 24" in the kitchen with a DVI to 25 feet.
For the driver, I did not think that will help because I just formatted my computer, and with the old and new driver I saw no difference.
But I noticed that 2 single screen that I can clone are those connecting to the same, and the other plug into the second card remains independent, even if I install the bridge crossfire.

Re: Clone 3 monitors
I do not know exactly where they stand with the drivers, it was announced that the multi-screen ati in crossfire would be possible but apparently there are limitations (as you seem to say). So yes, I would say that when you encounter a problem multi-screen it is best to start by ensuring that the crossfire is not active. Otherwise, apart from that I have no other ideas if it remains on the driver settings alone
