Problem with web cam image

Hello Everyone,

Recently i have bought a new web cam and had installed it on my system. The problem is that when i try to take any image through web cam it images get freezes up after few seconds. To get back to work i have to unplug my web cam, but the same problem happens again when i try to plug it back. I even tried to re-install it, but i still face the same problem. I'm running Windows Xp on my system. When i tried to plug it to another pc, it seems to be working fine without any problem. Can any one tell me why i'm having such problem on my system? Can any one help me out to resolve this problem? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

This is typically due to a lack of system resources on your computer or to your internet connection being overloaded. If the webcam does recover to a normal status after a few seconds, please try closing the webcam window and re-opening it, or having your friend re-invite you. Hopefully this will get things running smoothly.

You may need to set the objects to nothing in your Err_cmdTakePicture_Click section as well. If an error is encountered after the picture is taken but before it gets to Exit_cmdTakePicture_Click: then the variables are not cleared but you may not be aware that there was a problem.

Hey check how much memory had been installed on your computer. It takes additional memory to operate the camera.
