Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
Any weird beeps? Onboard video by any chance? Does the initial BIOS post screen start up at all or absolutely no picture at all?
Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
Hello, I have exactly the same problem. When I have the 2.0 version it works perfect but after downgrade the bios to 1.9. The same problem when I upgrade the bios from 2.0 to 2.10.
I don't know what has changed in the configuration but I have tried some changes that had no effect. When I put the second 2GB RAM It doesn't start. Black screen.
Any ideas???
Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
Can be the RAM faulty, have you tried different RAM? or tr this RAM on another system..
Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
In my case, my RAM is ok. It worked perfect before the BIOS upgrade.
Yesterday I try some changes on my BIOS. Finally worked, but, after working some time normally, suddenly the system goes down and the same problem arise again.
Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
Have you tried the memtest : http://forums.techarena.in/tips-tweaks/1072220.htm or you can just make all the bios setting to default .
Re: Memory problem when 4CoreDual-SATA2
Yes, I have set to default the bios and nothing.
The memory also tested.

Best Solution : Wait for some more new updates and till then, use the bios version 2.0 :thumbup1:
