We are facing a lot of problems with CZentrix Dialer

Hi,
I had purchased a CZentrix Dialer (Vicidial-based) for my domestic call center (110 seater). Though people suggested me to opt for Interactive Intelligence or Aspect, I bought Czentrix Dialer das it was quite cheap. And since then, we are facing a lot of problems. Our IT team remains busy in troubleshooting as Czentrix and other similar company that are not product developers, so they cannot fix bugs. Resource Management is not at all possible with Czentrix.
Please suggest any best dialer provider in india

C-zentrix have 24X7 support services and there support is really good I am sure they are going to help you out .I have huge no. of seats running wid C-Zentrix without any problem .You should really check, it may be possible that there is some problem in your network.Kindly get it checked dear.

Where is located your 110 seat domestic call center.
i resolve your problem .if u facing truly.i support without any cost.....
Because i know C-ZENTRIX is zero error dialer in industry.
and our 3 center working with C-ZENTRIX and it is working very good .

so, pl. check your center network or remove this type of wrong post.
