Software for TV capture card

I bought a TV capture card which came with the program Windvr3. After 1 month now I am trying to configure the capture but I can not until now that the program signal is not great and does not detect audio.

I would like to recommend some other software that should be good for the novice in this field.

My laptop is HP and I use Windows Vista.

What is the model no. of the capture card?

It is a sabrent usb 2.0 tv tuner.

Tried another version of the software?
