Retrieve Hidden Folder ...?
I wonder if it is possible to find the computer on the path to this folder:
C: \ System Volume Information \ _Restore ...
Or what is there in the computer?
In Safe Mode I do a scan with A-Squared Free and it gives me malware
in this case.
But fortunately we note the low risk.
I still know how to get there?
Thank you very much.
Re: Retrieve Hidden Folder ...?
This folder is the restoration system that is infected. To clean you just disable it and apply and back on a few moments later. (Recommended)
To view this file you need to display hidden system files.
Go to Windows Explorer or "My Computer" go to Tools - Options file - View and check "show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the "Hide extensions for files whose type is unknown.
---> Optional uncheck "Hide protected files of the operating system."

Re: Retrieve Hidden Folder ...?
Is it that we can safely delete the files in that folder?
Because I have, in the early evening, scanned in safe mode with
Free A_Squared were then detected malware in this file.
I do not know if they were removed completely, so I wanted to go
in this folder to delete them directly.
Can I delete this?
Re: Retrieve Hidden Folder ...?
To get there:
Right click on My Computer.
Choose Properties, then the System Restore tab.
Check Disable restoration.
Click OK.
All restore points are then deleted.
Afterwards, you uncheck Disable restoration.
Your cleaning is completed.
We just have to create a restore point. I assume you know how to do this last step.
