Two computers together

Hello, I would like my 2 computers together (old hardware into a new computer).

First of all, I will, but here are some info's Edge specify.

Computer age is about 7-8 years old.
New computer about half a year

I have a software that analyzes computer (Everest home)

Now I would like, so you know what the old and new computer is
