I have a quad 9550, from asus P5B Motherboard, Corsair 2x 2048GB 1066 and a Geforce 8900GTX , so this is my data!
And now the question:
I want to overclock my system from 2.83 to 3.2 GHz and of you need a precise instructions !!!!????

I guess because you only want to 3.2 GHz, rather it only the FSB to raise. simply the FSB in bios from 333 to 376 MHz.
