Incorrect memory speed in Overclocking

After overclocking my processor (Q9450) with the program CPU-Z verified, whether the stroke was adopted, I saw that the RAM frequency to 661.3, and the FSB: RAM ratio of 9:14 is given. The default speed is 1333MHz, however. Can it be that I simply two times the frequency will have to get to the actual value to come, because of dual channel?Know when my memory is not so good.
The memory is 2048MB Corsair PC3-1333 CL9 KIT DHX and the Board is EVGA nForce 790i Ultra SLI Motherboard.

Yes, you have to take times 2.
But not because of dual channel, but because of double-data-random-memory -> DDR (3).

Now I have question regarding RAM overclock. I have in the BIOS, when I've entered the FSB, memory and CPU FSB FSB to unlinked set. That means I have the memory FSB can separately somewhere, right?
If I were the latencies of the RAM wants to change, I must to a certain proportion of the 4 values or there are even fixed combinations that you can easily select?

DRAM timings are specified by the manufacturer (stand on the Ram myself). You can also test whether the Ram also runs at lower latencies. Works sometimes. Does not quite what, other than instability.
In Unlinked mode, you can choose the desired Ram stroke regardless of the FSB clock setting. After Ram stroke and adjust.
