Internet in OpenSuse 11.0
I installed the Linux distribution OpenSuse 11.0 but I am unable to connect to the Internet, I set all (IP, mask, gateway, DNS primary and secondary DNS), but clicking on it is complete to a certain level and stops me alert container (again, interrupt, ignore) neither the first nor the third button allows to solve the problem except on my second out of the configuration and of course I was not connecting.
Re: Internet in OpenSuse 11.0
you should be precise:
- internet configured (type of router box)
- if a laptop or a desktop,
- if the wireless card is an added or "manufacturer"
and verify:
- that you did to your wireless card recognized and configured correctly (I have seen many who had this problem)
and if possible specify the exact error message (warning if you prefer) or screenshot if better
Re: Internet in OpenSuse 11.0
Your network adapter (Ethernet or wireless) are not recognized automatically? For me, it works just from the distribution installed, no problem to get on the net. Give us more info as stated.
