The options are all disabled, is marked "The scaling of the integrated display. it has always been a problem, I think once I have the options can activate, when I lower the resolution had asked, but now does not even that!Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it? Any help will be extremely appreciated.

Try Other drivers.
Re: Turn off image scaling in the NVIDIA Control Panel
you can turn on,a real solution there is not, the problem lies on the faulty monitor EDID data to the graphics card sends.
Some cards / drivers that are less squeamish, but for most it does not.

So it says the problem is that I have:
1680x1050 native resolution, would be nice for some play then 1280x1024 so easy with a black edge left and right.
where should such an option because the drivers hidden, could find nothing?
