If the original videos that have no resolution or simply lose more time (or the result will be far from what is expected), if you have videos with those resolutions Avidemux is simply as any program by which you can switch to other formats to MP4 x264/AAC, weight/sec as it is the art of each set the bitrate and other parameters to compress.
"Excellent quality" and "light weight" do not go together. Now if by "excellent quality" means the elimination of the natural noise of the video and leave it as a pastel painting, so we can speak of "light weight". If the source is HD, do not expect anything less than 233-240 MB, if the animation is little action. If you are thinking of regular action for over 350 MB.
