Frozen images while watching movies on windows 7

Hello everyone.

I'm not very good at computers and I know when I watch movies I get there is full of frozen images no fluent picture i dont understand what is problem is that due to graphics card fault?
Here is my configuration:

Asus P5Q-E
INTEL Core 2 Duo E8400 3Ghz OEM
Asus GeForce EN9800GT HybridPower HTDI 512MB
2GB RAM DDR2

If they lack the information, let me know because, as stated above I do not know computer.

check whether all the drivers have been properly installed...especially video ones and its compatible ...

check your graphics card performance ,if you have graphics card check with 3dmark ,use gpuz also check for cpu performance ..
