Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem
I recently bought a Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard, mouse but I have a problem with the keyboard.
The computer recognizes perfectly but the buttons are not well planned, let me explain: when I was on it I see another letter to each other such letters, and some letters of the keyboard are inactive. Even the key above the enter key (backwards) gives an letter, I do not really understand anything.
I thought it could be a driver of history I have therefore installed but I always have the same problem.
If anyone knows how to solve my problem
Re: Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem
Your keyboard may be configured in another language or advanced features are activated as on laptops where you can write numbers using letters such as by pressing 4 U.
Re: Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem
That's what I thought too, but you know how to change language or keyboard layout?
Re: Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem
based on Alt and Shift at the same time, your keyboard is probably ironed in Qwerty instead of Azerty
(To be sure, if A gives you a Q and Z that gives you a W)
Re: Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem
I have the same set for over a year and suddenly I do about the same thing, he answered very very bad at typing keys. Change the batteries 3 times in the same week, change the usb port, re installed drivers, test cross on another pc so.
In the final set being three years warranty, I contacted Microsoft and after having done their share of the various solutions they tempted me back a new set, without asking me for the old and get to know the former is given a walk up overnight?
So for you and more you just do not hesitate to buy Service
