Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 webcam produces the best picture quality I have seen in impossible low light conditions while keeping the frame rate high up at 30 fps. This webcam also has a convenient wide field of view.

Well for me, PLEOMAX Web Camera is best. It has reasonable picture quality and a wide field of view. However, this webcam is inferior to the Pro 4000 in picture quality, has a lower frame rate, and does not handle low light conditions as well as the Pro 4000.
