How to Stream Videos for IPhone ?

I have an iPhone and a video that is on Youtube, because it is private, but I would like it to stream on my iPhone, so if I need it to access them.

I want it on my own homepage with a clean and password protected. But, I do not know how I can make streambar video, The video is 8MB in size and in .3 gp format. I can also alternatively. Mp4 converter.

Did it ever uploaded but could not watch with the iPhone, there was always the message: "Video can not be displayed" when I did it with the PC went to watch it (I could download it I mean)
