Hello,
I have a Radeon x1650PRO, 512Mb, 128-bit card. But i don't know anything about Radeon. Does Anyone know if that will play newer games, like bioshock, and left 4 dead ? If not, could anyone give me an idea of what types of games it should play?

Yes, you can play games like Bioshock and Left 4 Dead. But don't expect anything High out of it. because iT hardly fits into Bioshock's minimum requirements, and doesn't exceed Left 4 Dead's recommended specifications at all.
It will not play those games - it is equivalent to an Nvidia 7600 GT. Remember Minimum system requirements means you can only play the game at low resolution and low texture and shader detail.
